We are currently recruiting for the role of Showroom Assistant on behalf of our client, a reputable dealership based in Betchworth. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional seeking a versatile position within the motor trade sector that combines customer service, sales support, and front-of-house responsibilities. Duties of the Showroom Assistant:
- Greeting customers and visitors professionally and courteously
- Assisting with showroom sales activities and handling customer enquiries
- Supporting the front-of-house team with administrative and organisational tasks
- Providing excellent customer service to promote the dealership’s reputation as a Showroom Assistant
- Ensuring the showroom environment remains welcoming and presentable
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service or motor trade role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Enthusiastic, personable, and maintaining a professional manner
- Well-organised with a proactive approach to duties
- Flexibility to work Saturdays on a rota basis
