This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and growing drinks manufacturing business in an important role within the supply chain and production operation.
As a Materials Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring ingredients and packaging are accurately received, recorded, stored and available when required by the production team.

Responsibilities
- Check ingredients and packaging as they arrive from the company's other site.
- Ensure quantities and condition match the expected delivery and paperwork.
- Accurately record deliveries and stock movements in real time using D365.
- Maintain accurate stock records for ingredients and packaging.
- Manage the return of unused ingredients and packaging.
- Identify and report any stock discrepancies promptly.
- Work with colleagues across different sites to resolve any issues.
- Monitor stock levels and inform the production team when materials are running low.
- Participate in regular stock counts and inventory checks.
- Ensure stock information remains accurate and up to date.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a warehouse, stores or stock control role.
- Manufacturing or food and drink industry experience is beneficial.
- Comfortable using computer systems to record and manage stock.
- Experience with D365 or a similar stock management system is advantageous, although full training can be provided.
- Methodical and organised approach to work.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies.
- Confident communicating with colleagues and raising issues when required.
- Reliable and able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work a 4 on, 4 off, 12-hour shift pattern.
