We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable Trainee Hard Landscaper to join our small, high-end landscaping business.
You will be working directly alongside the owner on site every day.
Working together as a two-person team, you will assist with
- Groundworks & Prep: Site excavation, sub-base compaction, mixing concrete, and drainage installation.
- Paving & Masonry: Learning how to lay porcelain, natural stone, block paving, and brickwork.
- Structures: Assisting with timber decking, fencing, pergolas, and retaining walls.
- Machinery & Tools: Training on how to safely operate mini-diggers, dumpers, and power tools.
- Site Management: Keeping sites organized, clean, and safe.
