Quality Assurance Lead/Compliance Manager/Audit

We're looking for an experienced
Registered Manager or
Quality & Compliance professional to lead audits, governance and quality assurance activity across multiple services.
Working independently from operational teams, you'll provide assurance to senior leadership, identify risks, drive improvements and help ensure the highest standards of service delivery, safeguarding and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver quality audits, inspections and compliance reviews.
- Monitor safeguarding, risk management and regulatory compliance.
- Analyse audit findings, KPIs, incidents, complaints and stakeholder feedback.
- Identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Produce reports, dashboards and recommendations for senior leaders.
- Manage quality improvement plans and track progress.
- Lead governance activities and quality assurance programmes across services.
About You
- Minimum 5 years' experience within supported housing, social care, health and social care regulation, or a similar quality-focused environment.
- Experienced in audits, inspections, compliance or governance reviews.
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical, reporting and stakeholder management skills.
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
- Supported housing, homelessness, mental health or learning disability sector experience.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and quality standards.
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies, Root Cause Analysis or ISO standards.
