I am seeking a kind and compassionate Personal Assistant to provide support for my autistic child on a part time basis, averaging 10 hours a week in our home. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact by assisting with personal needs, and ensuring overall well-being.
The ideal candidate will be patient, reliable, and possess excellent communication skills to foster a trusting and respectful relationship with my child. An understanding and appreciation of autism and its additional challenges, particularly in children, is required. Having full DBS check is a requirement of this position, the cost of this will be covered by the employer.
