INOVA Multi-Academy Trust is seeking to appoint a highly motivated and creative Marketing Campaign Lead to join our growing Marketing & Communications team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious marketing professional who is passionate about creating impactful campaigns that support education and make a real difference to communities.
Supporting a family of seven primary schools and three secondary schools across Sheffield, you will play a key role in strengthening our brand, engaging stakeholders and delivering high-quality marketing campaigns that support pupil recruitment, staff recruitment and Trust growth.
The Marketing Campaign Lead plays a pivotal role in campaign planning, coordination and creative development within INOVA Multi-Academy Trust's Marketing & Communications function.
Acting as the bridge between strategic priorities and delivery activity, the role ensures that marketing and communications campaigns are well-planned, creatively engaging and focused on measurable outcomes.
The postholder will lead the planning and coordination of integrated campaigns across the Trust, supporting key priorities including pupil recruitment, staff recruitment, stakeholder engagement and organisational growth.
Working closely with the Marketing & Communications Manager, you will translate strategic objectives into clear campaign plans, develop compelling messaging and narratives, and coordinate activity across multiple channels to maximise reach, engagement and impact.

- Strategic Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of the Trust's Marketing and Communications Strategy.
- Translate strategic priorities into campaign plans and delivery programmes.
- Develop campaign concepts, messaging and creative approaches aligned to audience needs.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and stakeholder engagement.
- Operational Responsibilities
- Lead campaigns from concept through to delivery and evaluation.
- Produce campaign briefs, timelines and delivery plans.
- Coordinate campaign activity across digital, social media, website, events and print channels.
- Oversee content planning and ensure consistency of messaging and tone.
- Work closely with the Graphic Designer to develop creative assets and campaign materials.
- Support development of websites and digital journeys.
- Introduce structured campaign planning cycles to improve efficiency and reduce reactive workload.
- Produce campaign presentations and materials to support stakeholder engagement.
- Performance, Insight and Analytics
- Define and monitor campaign KPIs.
- Track campaign performance across digital platforms and communication channels.
- Provide campaign insights and performance data to the Marketing & Communications Manager.
- Use analytics and evidence to inform continuous improvement.
- Governance, Compliance and Assurance
- Ensure campaign activity complies with Trust policies and brand guidelines.
- Maintain consistency of visual identity, tone and messaging.
- Support the delivery of accurate and professional communications.
- Ensure activity complies with relevant legislation and data protection requirements.
- Financial and Commercial Responsibilities
- Support effective use of resources and budgets.
- Ensure value for money in campaign activity and external supplier engagement where appropriate.

- Support colleagues across schools and central teams in delivering effective campaigns.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation within the Marketing & Communications function.
- Stakeholder Management and Professional Standards
- Work collaboratively with schools and central teams to identify campaign opportunities.
- Build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide professional advice on campaign planning and delivery.

- Other Clauses
- This is a Trust-wide role and the postholder will be required to travel regularly between Trust sites and schools within the allocated cluster, and occasionally to other Trust locations as required.
The postholder must therefore hold a full, clean UK driving licence, have access to a suitable vehicle for business use, and maintain appropriate business use motor insurance.
Mileage and authorised travel expenses will be reimbursed in line with the Trust’s Expenses Policy and prevailing mileage rates.
