Sheffield United Football Club is seeking an HR Advisor to provide professional and proactive HR support across the Club, including the Boys' Academy and Women & Girls teams. You will advise managers on employee relations, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, and absence matters, while contributing to safeguarding, wellbeing, EDI, and Health and Safety policies. You will balance sound IR practice with a practical, commercially focused approach, building strong stakeholder relationships.
