HRGO Recruitment are recruiting for an H&S Admin/Clerical Assistant to join a busy site in Sheffield. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and motivated individual who is looking to develop their administration skills within a Health & Safety environment.
The role will initially support the Health & Safety Coordinator with general administration and filing, with the opportunity to become permanent for the right person.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the Health & Safety department
- Complete filing, scanning and document management
- Maintain accurate Health & Safety records
- Support the Health & Safety Coordinator with daily tasks
- Assist with general clerical duties
- Communicate with colleagues across the business
- Follow Health & Safety procedures and company processes
- Support the team with any other reasonable administrative duties
- Learn and develop knowledge of Health & Safety processes

- Monday to Friday
- 8:00am-4:00pm
- £13.13 per hour

About You:
- Previous administration experience is desirable but not essential
- Good speaking and listening skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Organised and reliable approach to work
