- DIMENSIONS
- Riverdale Grange Hospital provides a service to 9 adolescent patients and 9 adult patients who may detained under the Mental Health Act (1983) or undergoing treatment on a voluntary basis.
- The post-holder will be required to work as a registered nurse within an MDT across the eating disorder service.
- The post holder will be required to lead a team within a shift context, managing the ward in the absence of the ward manger.
- The post holder will join the MDT and will be required to provide support and supervision to junior staff, as agreed with the Senior Management Team.

- Registered Nurse Mental Health with a current registration with the NMC.
- Experience of Multi-disciplinary and multi-agency within Mental Health services.
- Experience of working with relatives and carers.

- Experience of and ability to facilitate clinical Supervision.
- Experienced in risk assessment and management.

- This includes rotation to on‐call duties as senior practitioner and ability to deputise in the absence of ward manager.
