Our client is looking for an experienced
Multi Trade Operative to carry out responsive repairs within social housing properties across the Warminster and surrounding areas.
Duties
- Joinery and carpentry repairs
- Plumbing repairs and replacements
- General property maintenance
- Patch plastering and basic flooring
- Responsive repairs in tenanted properties
- Managing your own daily workload
- Providing good customer service to residents
Requirements
Joinery and plumbing experience essential
- Full UK driving licence
- Asbestos Awareness, Manual Handling and Working at Height training
- Ongoing work with potential for temp-to-perm
