An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the MSK Therapies Administration Team as a Service Improvement Co-ordinator. The post holder will be responsible for ensuring a consistent approach to training, induction, pathways and process, across the MSK Therapies Administration service.
Whilst primarily based at Conquest Hospital, this is a cross site role, and the post holder will be expected to travel between EDGH and CQ, with the occasional requirement to travel to some of our other MSK sites across East Sussex.
The post holder will be responsible for the design and maintenance of the training matrix, administration pathways and standard operating procedures, and will also be responsible for the creation, review and maintenance of all training materials to support the training and development of the administration team.
They will support the development and growth of the service by exploring opportunities for innovation and improvement in order to improve patient experience, service delivery and customer service.
