We are seeking a highly organised andanalytical Service Demand Planning Associate to support demand and resourcesplanning activities across the UK and ROI.

This role isresponsible for balancing service demand and resource availability, ensuringthe right resources are deployed at the right time to deliver exceptionalcustomer service and support business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor service demand and resource availability using digital planning tools and systems.
  • Proactively identify and resolve supply-demand imbalances.
  • Coordinate day-to-day resource scheduling and prioritization of service activities.
  • Support weekly demand-supply review meetings and provide planning insights.
  • Assist with short, medium, and long-term capacity forecasting.
  • Maintain high data quality across planning and operational systems.
  • Ensure adherence to established service planning processes and procedures.
  • Support inventory and stock management activities.
  • Monitor supply chain changes and communicate impacts to stakeholders.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within planning and supply chain processes.
  • Collaborate with Technical Service Managers, Field Support teams, Logistics, Customer Projects, Sales teams, and Customers.
  • Communicate effectively regarding planning decisions, priorities, and service updates.
  • Escalate recurring planning issues and support resolution efforts.

Qualifications

  • A-Level education or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 GCSEs (or equivalent), including English and Mathematics.
