Your new role

This is a newly created temporary Service Delivery Administrator role working as part of a small team and taking responsibility for managing your own workloads.

Duties are varied and will include

  • Dealing with supplies on a daily basis
  • Office administration
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Run reports of scheduled asset maintenance for 3 districts
  • Provide asset lists for actions
  • Liaise with drivers to identify appropriate suppliers using the local supplier network
  • Create task events (jobs) with Fleet Management Software
  • Create PO Numbers
  • Monitor work progress, contacting supplier where needed.
  • Upload relevant documentation and complete task log within FMS.
  • Goods receipt tasks which become complete that working day.
  • What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in this temporary Fleet Administrator job, you will require a minimum of 3 years' current technical administration experience (ideally service delivery admin experience) as well as be immediately available to start work.

  • You will require a Driving Licence because this is a rural site.
  • Technical administration experience required.
