Duties
- Booking customers into the service diary efficiently
- Liaising with workshop and parts departments to ensure smooth operation
- Matching and exceeding monthly sales targets
- Processing paperwork accurately and promptly
- Driving business growth by increasing sales and profit
- Maintaining a high standard of customer service and showroom appearance
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor within a dealership or garage environment
- Full UK driving licence
- Excellent communication and customer care skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Motivated with a desire to develop knowledge and skills
- Experience with Kerridge or similar dealership management systems is advantageous
