The Systems team requires an enthusiastic individual to support and develop a key IT system across the Authority, primarily the MHR iTrent system used by HR and Payroll Services.
You will need to balance day to day maintenance and administration of systems with system improvement and implementation projects. You will have responsibility to manage and successfully deliver those projects. You will need great attention to detail and the ability to problem solve in a systems environment, plus you will play a key part in user acceptance testing for new functionality.
About You
You will have the ability to analyse, manipulate and report complex data sets to help inform corporate decision making. The ability to identify and develop improvements, work with services to understand their needs and translate these into operating systems and processes will be a vital role for the successful applicant. The position will sit within the Systems team but will work closely with the wider organisation and external partners. It would be beneficial to have the ability to work across systems and be able to learn new systems quickly. You will possess excellent IT, communication and project management skills.
