Barts Health NHS Trust in London is inviting applications for a Band 8a Highly Specialist Pharmacist to join the renal and urology pharmacy team at The Royal London Hospital. You will provide specialist clinical input across inpatient wards, outpatient clinics and dialysis services, to optimise medicines and support multidisciplinary care.

Based primarily at The Royal London Hospital with duties across Barts Health sites, the role includes developing guidelines, participating in governance.
