Blackpool Council is seeking a skilled Senior Social Worker to work with children and young people in our care.

You will support children and families, promote stability and belonging, and uphold the voice and lived experience of the children at the center of practice.

You will inspire and support social workers alongside a Team Manager, chair meetings, coordinate multi-agency work and drive positive outcomes including permanence planning and reunification where possible.
