SENIOR RESEARCHER IN SUPPORTIVE AND PALLIATIVE CARE
Β£52,000 - Β£62,000 per annum (pro rata) Part Time - 30 hours over 4 days a week (Monday to Friday). Location: Winsley, Wiltshire (Hybrid working agreed)

WHAT WILL THE ROLE INVOLVE?
- Developing research questions and leading collaborative grant funding applications with clinical, academic and patient partners
- Leading and delivering high-quality supportive, palliative and end of life care research projects from inception through to dissemination
- Publishing and presenting research findings to regional, national and international audiences
- Measuring and demonstrating the impact of research on clinical practice, education and healthcare policy
- Managing research projects, budgets, governance requirements and delivery timelines
- Building strong partnerships with universities, research networks, healthcare providers and external stakeholders
- Supporting the development of research capacity across Dorothy House through teaching, supervision and mentoring activities
- Line managing research staff employed on externally funded research grants
- Contributing to the strategic development of research and innovation across Dorothy House and partner organisations
