My client is urgently looking to hire a Senior Product Designer with expertise in Figma to bridge the gap between Engineering and Design.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior Product Designer with expertise in design systems foundations and organisation
- Expertise in Figma, including the ability to build and maintain reusable UI components, understanding of code connectors, component-based design, and testing prototypes
- Ability to drive coherence, accessibility and scalability, ensuring designs are accessible and responsive
- Work closely with Product Designers and Engineers, bridging the gap between Engineering and Design whilst testing and validating component behaviour
- Capability to provide support documentation and governance
- Experience of gathering feedback and improving the design system over time
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to confidently converse with technical and non-technical audiences
- Working knowledge of Scaled Agile Frameworks (SAFe)
- Flexible approach towards hybrid working
Nice to have:
- Demonstrable experience with AI tooling
- Experience with Zeroheight (or similar documentation tools)
- Understanding of Front-End Development principles
