- Provide highly specialist assessment, care planning, intervention and review for individuals with complex mental health presentations.
- Hold and manage a complex clinical caseload, including patients within standard and intensive/complex pathways.

- Lead on practice development across the IRH team, ensuring delivery of evidence-based care.
