- Clinical Responsibilities
- Provide highly specialist assessment, care planning, intervention and review for individuals with complex mental health presentations.
- Hold and manage a complex clinical caseload, including patients within standard and intensive/complex pathways.

- Provide clinical consultation and expertise to MDT colleagues

• Act as Deputy to the Team Manager, supporting
- Day-to-day operational management
- Clinical oversight and decision making
- Caseload and workforce management
• Provide clinical leadership within MDT forums, including
- MDT meetings
- Daily huddles/zoning
- DIAM discussions.
- Practice Development & Education
- Lead on practice development across the IRH team, ensuring delivery of evidence-based care.
• Design and deliver training programmes aligned to
- IRH pathways (psychosis, CEN, non-psychosis)
- Risk management and safeguarding
