Sleaford Medical Group is seeking a motivated Practice Nurse to lead and deliver high-quality patient care within a GP practice.

The post holder will work with GPs and the multidisciplinary team, delivering care in line with QOF and national guidelines, with clinical autonomy and a focus on safety and patient-centred care.

The role involves immunisations, wound management, health promotion, and participation in audits and development planning. NMC registration must be maintained in good standing.
