Under the direction of the Head Teacher, work as an effective member of the early years team contributing to planning, delivering, and assessing a flexible high-quality education and care service which meets the needs of young people and their families.

Requirements

This post is considered to be Regulated Work with children and/or protected adults as specified in the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) (PVG) Act 2007. Interviews for this post are scheduled for 04/09/2026. This post is temporary until 22/12/2026. The grade of this post is Level 8. The work style for this post is Frontline worker. This post is appointed at Level 8 for successful candidates who hold the relevant degree qualification. Candidates who are working towards their degree will be considered and will be placed at Level 7 on the scale until they have successfully achieved the degree - the annual salary, adjusted for a term time work pattern, is from £20,411.
