North London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Charge Nurse to support ward/unit management, deputise for the Ward/Unit Manager, and provide clinical supervision in an intensive care setting. The post holder will act as a primary/associate nurse for a group of patients, promoting person-centred care and ensuring up-to-date care plans reflect this approach.

The role includes supervising junior staff, teaching colleagues, and participating in the duty bleep rota, while ensuring compliance.
