Joining the Transfer of Care Hub team as a Senior Administrative Assistant, you’ll provide excellent administrative support and assist with the delivery of essential hospital discharge services.
What you’ll do:
- Manage the Transfer of Care Hub inbox.
- Track referrals via our SharePoint list, add updates during meetings and undertake regular quality assurance.
- Run reports and transfer data between our different trackers.
- Support communication between members of the multidisciplinary team.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous administrative experience.
- Good general IT skills, and willing to develop these further.
- Ability to manage sensitive personal information.
- Strong prioritisation and organisational skills.
- Resilient and adaptable to changing demands.
- Confident written and verbal communication skills.
- Team player with a customer-focused approach.
