We're looking for a qualified teacher to join our outreach team, delivering a blended caseload of Alternative Provision and EOTAS support. This covers a wide range of learners, from those with complex, sensory or non-verbal needs through to core teaching up to functional skills level. You'll work closely with families, schools and other professionals to build learning plans that genuinely fit each young person.
What you'll be doing:
- Delivering one-to-one and small group teaching across school, home and community settings
- Working from Education, Health and Care Plans and other professional reports to build personalised provision
- Adapting your approach to meet each learner's individual needs
- Working collaboratively with families, schools and the wider Love2Learn team
- Maintaining clear, professional communication and reporting
