Marylebone Services is proud to recruit for a friendly and supportive nursery team in Telegraph Hill.
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Level 3 or above Early Years Educator with extensive experience in supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
This is a mixed role.
You will provide targeted support for a child with vision impairment and global developmental delay, while also working within the main room to support all children and contribute fully as part of the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individualised support in line with the child’s Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP).
- Support the child’s learning, communication, and development through play-based activities.
- Adapt activities and environments to meet sensory and developmental needs.
- Work closely with the room team, SENCO, and external professionals.
- Support and engage all children in the room when appropriate.
- Promote inclusion and ensure the child feels safe, valued, and supported.
- Full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent).
- Extensive experience working with children with SEND.
- Valid right to work in the UK (mandatory).
- Good understanding of EHCPs and inclusive practice.
- Experience supporting children with vision impairment and/or global delay is highly desirable.
