Hays Education is recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils with special educational needs in welcoming mainstream primary schools in the Southam area.

You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO, delivering tailored support to help pupils access learning and reach their full potential.

The role involves 1:1 support for pupils with SEN, assisting with activities, and promoting inclusive, positive behaviour.
