CIS Security have an exciting opportunity available for a Security Response Officer who will be an ambassador to represent CIS Security and deliver high quality guarding and customer service to both our customers and service users. This impressive new refurbished building is located near St Pauls and will offer over 180,000 sq. ft of accommodation suitable for a range of users from major trading floor operations to more agile and creative sectors. The chosen candidate will also be expected to cover the square, which is situated between the London Stock Exchange and St Paul's Cathedral.

  • Hours: Average 24 hours per week
  • Shifts: Various Shifts - Days, Nights & Weekends

Job Requirements:

  • SIA Door Supervisor Licence required
  • 5* Corporate Security, Concierge or Front of House experience for at least 1 year an advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as customer service at all times
  • Must have an excellent command of English Language & Good IT Skills
  • Reliable, Responsible and Punctual - A friendly, professional, courteous and outgoing character
  • To take pride in your appearance at all times, ensuring immaculate presentation
  • Flexible in the approach to daily duties and additional events when held on site
  • First Aid qualification & a CCTV SIA Licence are desirable
  • Be confident you are able to undertake 100% of all specific duties
  • Be able to provide all the documentation and vetting information requested

Job Responsibilities:

  • Able to demonstrate and deliver high quality guarding and customer service to both our customers and service users
  • Able to work in a team as well as on your own and have the ability to be pro-active and think on your feet
  • Permit Management for contractors to issue keys and access cards
  • Be calm under pressure and confident in dealing with confrontational situations in a calm and professional manner
  • Physically fit to complete patrols internally and externally and able to stand/walk during shift
  • Confident in writing incident and shift reports
  • To always portray a friendly, professional and courteous demeanour
  • To ensure that all visitors and staff are dealt with efficiently, providing exceptional customer service
  • Have the IT skills and the ability to understand and use varied Access Control and CCTV systems
  • Have the ability to write emails and reply to emails in the correct manner
  • Able to understand Corporate Escalation Process
  • The role includes conducting opening & closing procedures of a building, patrolling, reception duties, access control, answering incoming telephone calls, conducting emergency procedures
