- Salary between £36,000 and £38,000 per annum, dependent on experience
- Up to 37 days holiday annually, including 25 days holiday, 8 bank holidays, with options to purchase additional days.
- Overtime paid at time and a half; double pay on Sundays

Duties
- Carrying out detailed inspections, servicing, and repairs on trailers at customer sites as a Mobile HGV Trailer Technician
- Diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical issues using EBS systems such as HALDEX, WABCO, and KNORR BREMSE
- Accurately completing all compliance and service documentation
- Adhering to health and safety regulations to ensure a safe work environment
- Providing excellent customer service while meeting tight deadlines as a Mobile HGV Trailer Technician
- Carrying out welding and trailer maintenance tasks as needed
- Participating in industry training to enhance your technical expertise
- Supporting your team to meet operational targets and deliver high standards of quality and safety
Requirements
- NVQ/City & Guilds Level 2 qualification in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
- Practical experience as a Mobile HGV Trailer Technician or in trailer and axle repairs
- Knowledge of EBS diagnostics (desirable but not essential)
- Experience with trailer components such as tail lifts, axles, and brakes is preferred
- Welding certification and experience with axle manufacturers are advantageous
- A valid HGV Class 1 driving licence would be an added benefit but is not essential
- A proactive, detail-oriented individual willing to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong commitment to producing high-quality work in a busy environment
