The predicted salary is between 19.2 - 19.2 £ per hour.

Various shift patterns are available, including:

  • 4:00pm - 10:00pm - Package based shifts
  • 7:00am – 3:00pm - Community based
  • 4:00pm – 10:00pm - Community based
  • Bank Staff (As and when required)

Weekend availability is required.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care and support to individuals within their own homes and the local community, helping them to maintain independence, dignity, and wellbeing.

Duties will include:

  • Supporting with personal care and daily living tasks
  • Assisting with medication administration or prompting
  • Supporting with nutrition, hydration, and meal preparation
  • Providing emotional support and companionship
  • Encouraging independence and community engagement
  • Assisting individuals to attend appointments and activities
  • Supporting individuals with mental health needs and/or learning disabilities
  • Maintaining accurate care records and following care plans

Some roles will involve travelling within the community and driving Service Users’ vehicles; therefore, applicants must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a reliable vehicle.
