The Best Connection are currently recruiting for a Class 2 Refuse Driver to join our team, working with Roll-on Roll-off (RoRo) vehicles carrying out bin collections across the Lincolnshire area.
The Role:
- Driving a Class 2 vehicle for refuse collection routes
- Operating Roll-on Roll-off equipment
- Completing bin collections, as well as skip deliveries and collections
- Working as part of a team, supported by a driver's mate assisting with loading and unloading on bin rounds
- Ensuring all work is carried out safely and efficiently
Shift Pattern: Day shifts 04:00am - 06:00am. Includes working every other Saturday.
Requirements:
- Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence
- CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph card
- Previous experience is preferred but not essential - full training can be provided
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Salary: £14.35 per hour. Overtime after 45 hours: £21.52 per hour.
Free onsite parking. Opportunity for a permanent position after a successful trial period. Supportive working environment.
