The Best Connection are recruiting for experienced Class 1 (C+E) Steel Drivers to join our established client based in Scunthorpe.
If you're confident transporting steel products, securing specialist loads, and looking for consistent work with excellent rates of pay, we want to hear from you!
- Earn up to £24.47 per hour
- Day Shifts Available
- Ongoing Work
- PAY RATES
- £14.50 per hour - First 8 hours
- £18.36 per hour - After 8 hours
- £24.47 per hour - After 12 hours
YOU MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH
- Steel bars, beams, columns, plates, tubes and mixed loads
- Long and extended loads
- Correct use of chains, straps, ratchets and binders
- Steel load restraint and security procedures
- Safe loading and transportation practices
- No more than 6 licence points No DD, DR or CU convictions
- Start times from 04:00am onwards
- Mainly day work
- Consistent shifts available
- Occasional nights out available (not essential)
