Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (School Health) to deliver the Healthy Child Programme for school-aged children in Sefton. The post holder will work with partner agencies across education, social care, and voluntary organisations to provide proactive, flexible services and leadership within the team.
You will mentor students on placement, supervise staff, and be responsible for specialist assessments, care plans, and evidence-based practice.
