Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust in Sefton is recruiting a Band 5 Community Staff Nurse for a full-time, 37.5 hour permanent post in the school health team.

You will deliver the Healthy Child Programme to school age children and young people, maintain safeguarding caseloads and work with schools, families and partners to improve child health.

A thorough preceptorship with regular supervision is provided to new starters, with opportunities to develop professional practice within SCPHN services.
