Resident Liaison Officer required to work in and around Scarborough.
6-12 Months Work.
Ideally, you will be an experienced Tenant Liaison Officer with a background working in either construction or worked in a similar position previously. As well as having a strong knowledge of internal and external programmes, you will be a strong communicator with excellent customer service and good IT skills.
Travelling is essential for this role (down to South Yorkshire etc.).
Job Role Includes:
- Deliver clear and effective communications to customers and residents about the nature and scope of works.
- Act as the main point of contact for residents, addressing enquiries and concerns professionally and empathetically.
- Coordinate access arrangements to ensure works are delivered smoothly and on schedule.
- Resolve access-related or resident issues promptly, escalating where necessary to ensure timely solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of communications, access arrangements, and issue resolutions for project documentation.
Essential:
Driving Licence, own transport, previous experience/similar job role
- £14 inclusive of holiday pay PAYE OR £17 Per Hour Umbrella
- Monday to Thursday 8:00am - 4:30pm Friday 8:00am - 3:30pm
