Job requirements of Prep Room Operators:
- We are looking for individuals to work within our Sausage production facility, operating and maintaining our quality machinery.
- People with food industry experience would be beneficial, however full training will be given.
- A team player mentality with the desire to get the job done well is essential.

As a Prep Room Operator, you’ll be operating machinery, completing production paperwork, doing essential production and quality checks.
Shift pattern: 4 days on, 4 days off. Hours 5.00am – 16.00pm or 16:00pm - 3:10am
What you will need:
- Be self-motivated and able to work on your own initiative
- Enjoy working to targets in a fast paced environment
- Possess high standards of work
- Enjoy working as part of a team
- Ideally have experience of working within the food production industry, however this is not necessary as full training will be provided
- Have a good level of both written and verbal English
- Filling out traceability paperwork/taking temperatures
- Operating machines such as Bowl choppers/mincers/blenders
Pay and benefits:
- Rate of Pay – £14.74 per hour
- Inclusive of £1 per hour weekly attendance bonus
- Overtime – time and a third after basic hours
