- Customer Invoicing (Uploading to portals where necessary)
- Ensuring prompt payment of invoices
- Chasing outstanding invoices by telephone, email etc
- Resolving invoice queries, working with both internal and external contacts
- Risk checking- using internal systems
- Answering and forwarding calls for the main office
- Assisting the finance team with any other ad-hoc tasks such as scanning, posting purchase invoices, completing new supplier/client forms etc
Requirements of the Credit Controller
- Previous experience in a Sales Ledger/Credit Control Role
- Experience using Sage
Experience required of the Credit Controller
- Sage 50 Accounting: 2 years (required)
- Credit Control: 2 years (required)
