Pixieland Saltash seeks a Nursery Deputy Manager to support the Manager, deputise as required and help run a high-quality nursery for children from birth to five years in a friendly, professional environment.
You will lead a team, monitor care and learning, ensure safety and hygiene, implement Ofsted standards, and maintain strong links with parents while contributing to staff development and training.
Requirements:
- NVQ level 3 is required
- At least two years’ childcare experience
- A proactive approach
