Role Overview
As Bar and Waiting Staff, you will play a pivotal role in the smooth operation of our establishment.
Whether it's crafting expertly mixed cocktails, serving delectable dishes, or providing attentive customer service, you will be at the forefront of delivering an outstanding guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and ensure they are seated promptly and comfortably.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, demonstrating a thorough knowledge of the menu and any specials.
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non‑alcoholic options, adhering to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Deliver food orders promptly and ensure correct placement at each table, paying attention to dietary requirements and special requests.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, striving to exceed expectations at every opportunity.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas of the bars, Brasserie, including but not limited to, tables, counters, and service stations.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food hygiene standards and alcohol licensing laws, always.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless service and a positive work environment.
- Assist with additional duties as required, including stock replenishment, cash handling, and event setup.
