Brief Description of the Role
- Manage the administration of customer order schedules (Industry)
- Review customer order schedules to ensure customer stock levels are correct
- Maintain the customer master data (account & parts database)
- Enter and maintain sales orders.
- Manage shipping arrangements with the transport team
- Monitoring and tracking of inventories according to targets
- Liaise with production & logistics departments to ensure that material is delivered on time and in full
- Provide reports/data to assist management/external sales teams
- Be involved in all areas of commercial administration
Skills and experience
- Previous SAP experience in a sales role particularly desirable
- Experience in a Steel Service Centre/Manufacturing environment advantageous
- Excellent IT skills, particularly in the MS Office365 applications
- Analytical and strategic thinking
- Assertive, stress resistance

- Mathematics and English GCSEs Mandatory
- Degree (desirable)
