A reliable Personal Assistant / Support Worker is required to support a young man with community access, social activities, and developing independent living skills.

The role will mainly involve supporting attendance at weekday evening and weekend sporting events and activities, alongside assistance with appointments and encouraging confidence and independence in day-to-day life.
