Housekeeper - Urology | Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust

A fantastic opportunity has arisen in the Urology department at Salford Care Organisation. The urology department caries out diagnostic and therapeutic procedures both on site at Salford Care Organisation and also at Pendleton gateway in Salford.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Housekeeper to provide efficient support and play an important role in working together with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the patients receive safe, clean and personal care every time.

You should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise across multi agencies and multi-disciplinary departments.

Experience of working with the general public is essential.

The ability to work independently and adapt to an environment of changing priorities is an essential component to consistently facilitate a patient focused approached.

This role includes the undertaking of daily organisation, maintaining stock levels, cleanliness of the environment, maintenance of equipment and the general housekeeping of the unit.

It is essential that you are able to work in an orderly and systematic manner, possess good literacy, IT, numeracy, communication and organisational skills.

You should have a caring attitude, as well as the ability to work effectively under direction as part of a multidisciplinary team.

You will be working with a fantastic and supportive team who will be happy to assist you as settle within the team.
