You will support the day-to-day administration of the Payroll and Accounts functions, helping to ensure records are accurate, documents are processed efficiently, and administrative processes run smoothly.
Duties will include:
Processing and entering data into internal systems and spreadsheets.
Matching invoices, purchase orders and delivery notes.
Assisting with invoice processing and maintaining accurate financial records.
Filing, scanning and maintaining electronic and paper documentation.
Monitoring shared email inboxes and responding to routine enquiries.
Fielding and directing incoming phone calls
Supporting month-end administrative activities.
Assisting with payroll administration tasks as required.
Providing general administrative support to other Head Office departments.
Handling confidential business information in a professional manner.
