As a Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of our store, helping customers, maintaining high store standards and ensuring that everyone enjoys a positive shopping experience.
No two days are the same, so you’ll need to enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment and be happy to take on a variety of tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a warm, friendly and helpful attitude.
- Welcome and assist customers with enquiries and product recommendations.
- Operate the till accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card transactions.
- Replenish shelves and ensure products are well presented and fully stocked.
- Rotate stock and check dates to maintain high standards of freshness.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised store at all times.
- Assist with deliveries, stock checks and merchandising displays.
- Follow food safety, age-restricted sales and health & safety procedures.
- Work as part of a close‑knit team to keep the store running smoothly.
