We are recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of Sales Administrator in Kidderminster, Worcestershire. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced motor trade professionals to join a well-established, family-run automotive dealership that values its staff and offers a supportive working environment. The Sales Administrator role is integral to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring efficient administrative operations within the dealership.

Duties of the Sales Administrator:
- Providing administrative support within the sales team
- Managing customer enquiries and processing sales documentation
- Assisting with the preparation of vehicle invoices and sales contracts
- Coordinating with the finance department to facilitate smooth transaction processes
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company procedures
- Supporting the team with general office duties to ensure seamless vehicle sales operations
Requirements of the Sales Administrator:
- Previous experience as a Sales Administrator or similar role within the motor trade
- Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Knowledge of automotive systems and sales processes is advantageous
