Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust's Older Adults Community Mental Health Team in Trafford is seeking a duty worker to coordinate OACMHT duty processes, triage referrals, and provide timely assessments and interventions.

Under line management and clinical supervision, you will maintain referrals within CMHT pathways, respond to duty calls from service users and providers, and support collaborative MDT meetings.
