We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, and patient-focused Salaried GP to join our supportive and forward-thinking Primary Care Network team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively across our member practices, delivering high-quality patient care within a well-established multidisciplinary environment.
About us: PCN1W is a collaboration of four local GP practices (Everglade, Deans Lane, Parkview & Watling) serving approximately 40,000 patients across Edgware & Colindale.

We have a full complement of clinical staff, pharmacists, physiotherapist, dietitian, social prescribers, health & well-being champion, mental health worker as well as a supportive management team.

The successful candidate will receive support to attend mandatory and additional training opportunities, helping to further develop clinical, leadership, and specialist skills within primary care.

Key Responsibilities
- Working collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team.
- Supporting delivery of enhanced services, population health initiatives, and PCN service specifications.
- Participating in clinical meetings, learning events, and quality improvement activities that contribute to continuous service development.
- Contributing to a supportive training environment, including involvement with GP Registrars where appropriate.
- Undertaking a mixture of clinical and associated administrative work linked to patient care, including reviewing results, correspondence, prescriptions, and related documentation.
- Participating in home visits where clinically appropriate.
- Supporting a positive, inclusive, and patient-focused working culture across the organisation.
