Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking an Advanced Clinical Nurse Practitioner to perform a range of advanced nursing duties in primary care, including prescribing medications and conducting cervical smear tests. The post holder will assess chronic health needs, screen for risk factors, manage care plans and contribute to QOF/PCN requirements.
The role also involves providing immunisations, BP and asthma checks, diabetes reviews, and spirometry where trained, recording notes for audits.
