At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative Nights to work with a leading logistics company in Rugby. This is a great opportunity to work within a busy warehouse environment and become part of a supportive and well-established team.
Shift Patterns:
- 4 on, 4 off - 7am-7pm - 12 hours per shift
Pay Rates:
- 14.50 GBP hourly
Requirements for Warehouse Operative Nights:
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Flexibility to work across all warehouse chambers, including freezer environments after training
- Good attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to meet productivity and performance targets
- Reliable with good attendance and timekeeping
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential
Role for Warehouse Operative Nights:
- Work in a chilled warehouse environment (approximately 4Β°C)
- Follow all Health & Safety procedures at all times
- Adhere to strict site hygiene and food safety policies
- Meet productivity and performance targets
- Work as part of a professional and successful warehouse team
