Shift Patterns:
- Day Shifts - 4 on 4 off - 7:00AM-7:00PM
Pay Rates:
- 12.91 GBP hourly
Requirements for Warehouse Operative:
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Flexibility to work across all warehouse chambers, including freezer environments after training
- Good attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to meet productivity and performance targets
- Reliable with good attendance and timekeeping
Role for Warehouse Operative:
- Work in a chilled warehouse environment at approximately 4Β°C
- Follow all Health & Safety procedures at all times
- Adhere to strict site hygiene and food safety policies
- Participate in a full site briefing and training before starting
- Work as part of a professional and successful warehouse team
